Currently practicing dreamy effects. Got the idea from a Rayearth pic. I did a combination of blue, gold and white for the background, and I guess it turned out okay. Hope you like it!

yea, the dreamy effect is really hard...so is the magical tears...and the shiny evil glasses...anyway, you did a great job! i think you've almost got it down!
