Here are some tips: The computers need more detail. try to find an anime screenshot or any kind and get some ideas, then practice a little. Also you should study the design, and then add some shading to it, so it won't look so plain and boring! The smoke from the ship being chased is fine. I see no problem there. I hope that helps you out!
