Bunny of the moon--great XD. This picture really caught my eye, though just because of the intense colours. It's overbearing on the eyes, you might try using colours that are a little more toned-down next time--you can still get the same effect, it'd just result in a picture that's far more impressive!
Do you use references? If you don't you should, they help a lot; if you do, pay more attention to facial structure and placement/arrangement of the facial features. Looking at pictures of real humans are also helpful, too, sometimes...even moreso than a picture of the character you'r
