Pretty! The pastel colors give me kind of a My Little Pony vibe, but it's cool. Well drawn. Also the background adds a surprising lot to the picture, for as simple as it is. Only problem is that dragon would never be able to fly if the wings were only attached to the body with that little area. Nice work otherwise, though.
