I think i mastered new style (and i suck anime-styled drawing.) Well any way this maybe best what i done... Coloring needs more work. Blaa blaa blaa, what you think????

Very nice! The angle and expression say much about the character, she's well in proportion, for the most part (upper legs are a little short), and the little squiggles in the corner add just enough to complete it, even with a plain white BG.
If you were going for flat color, next time try using the regular pencil tool with your outline color on mask. Some highlights and shading would also help to bring your art to life. Good wo
