| Background Info | Coyori is a cat who dwells in the eastern land of Sumerami. Having strayed from her parents right after her birth, she was nearly dying from hunger. Her life was saved by an old woman, who ran a deserted teahouse called Coyori Cafe at the edge of Shirairo-Dono. In return for her kindness, Coyori transformed herself into a human and began working at the teahouse in place of the old lady. As the years go by, the deserted teahouse, thanks to the cafe's poster girl, Coyori, has become a tavern known among cultural figures, scholars, adventurers, etc., the world over. They gather there to exchange their information. Coyori keeps dilligently working at the teahouse even today out of gratitude for the loving old landlady who named her after the teahouse and who treated her kindly. |
