| Background Info | Once an Ambassador Plenipotentiary of the Ctarl-Ctarl Empire, she lost this disignation due to a run-in with Gene Starwind and the outlaw Hilda. After being disgraced before her superiors, she vowed to make Hilda pay for making her look bad. She also has the ability to mutate into a super-human beast, but only in the light of a planets moon.
